Of noodles and cheese......

Tonight for dinner, we had backed spaghetti. Oh yes! It was made by my Darling dad, the king of creating some marvelous dish out of whatever is in the pantry. Yum!

Want the recipe? Here you go:

Cook angel-hair noodles(or whatever noodles you prefer) until they are ALMOST done.

Grill some chicken breasts. Dad made three, because there are three of us.

Take chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and garlic(or spaghetti sauce from the jar)and mix with the noodles in an oven-safe dish.Arrange chicken on top and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.

bake in the oven at 425 degrees for a couple minutes,(when the cheese is melted, with little bits of golden brown spots)

Then, take it out, let it cool, and dig in!
